To any one who has multiple interests, The Artful Chapter is the blog for you! My name is Rebecca and I have always had a variety of different passions, maybe it’s my ADHD, but my focus always changes from one hobby to another on the regular. This is a place for me to share my thoughts and ideas on those hobbies with the world.

When I was growing up I loved to try new things. My favourite thing to do when I wasn’t at dance, was watching YouTube videos learning new ways to be creative. Yes, I made duct tape wallets and starburst wrapper bracelets - who didn’t in the early 2000’s? As my skill set expanded to art, crochet, interior design, digital design, and more it made me want to share my experiences and knowledge. While creativity has always been a huge part of my life, I also developed a deep interest in self-care and skin care, which led me to pursue a career in Esthetics. I graduated college with a diploma in Esthetics in 2020 and started working at a spa and educating clients on how to take care of themselves and their skin.

Although I love my career, life threw me a curveball when I was diagnosed with POTS. Unfortunately, that meant stepping away from my job, but it also opened the door to a new way of sharing my passions - this blog. While I don’t have a specific topic I am going to cover like many blogs, here you will get a whole bunch of everything! One day I may be giving you a crochet or sewing pattern the next I will be reviewing a book or skin care products. These are things I love and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do.
